Your meeting. Written down.

Record your HOA board meeting. Send us the recording. Get the minutes back in 3 days.

Pay $49 and start $49 a meeting. Full refund if we don't deliver.

Who takes the notes at your meeting?

Usually one tired neighbor. Then they type for two hours. We do that part. You still sign it.

Four neighbors at a table holding an HOA board meeting

Made for boards that run their own meetings.

No manager. No secretary with spare time. Just a few neighbors and a Zoom call. If you look after more than one community, there is a price for you too, further down.

How it works

1

Record it

Hit record on Zoom, or on a phone in the middle of the table. Tell everyone you are recording.

2

Pay and send it

Pay $49 on our checkout. Then fill in the short form with a link to your recording.

3

Read it

Within 72 hours of your payment and recording, the Word file is in your inbox.

What you get back

A Word document you can edit. It lists who was there, each motion and its vote count, and a to-do list with names.

It says "draft" at the top. Your secretary reads it, fixes anything, and approves it. That part is always yours.

Questions

How do I record?

On Zoom, press Record. In a room, put a phone on the table and use its voice recorder. Then share the file or the link.

Do I need everyone's OK to record?

Your board is responsible for that. Some places need everyone to agree. Please check your rules, and tell people at the start of the meeting.

Is it legal advice or the official record?

No. It is a draft for your secretary to review and approve. We do not give legal advice.

Who made the motion? Who voted how?

The motion and vote log is our best reading of the audio. Movers, seconders and vote counts are marked [VERIFY] for your secretary to confirm. A voice on a recording is often hard to name.

Can I make it more exact?

Yes. If your Zoom recording has a separate track for each speaker, send that too. It helps us tell who said what.

What if the audio is bad?

We mark anything we could not hear, so your secretary can fill it in. Nothing is guessed.

What happens to my recording?

We use it to write your minutes. Tell us after and we delete it.

What if I don't like it?

Tell us what to change. We fix it once for free.

What if you don't deliver?

Then you get a full refund. No forms, no arguing.

How do I pay?

Pay $49 on our secure checkout, then send us the recording link in the form. Your 72 hours start when we have both.

Send your first meeting

1. Pay $49

2. Then fill this in. It opens an email to us with your recording link. Press send.

No link? Send the form anyway and we will email you a private way to upload the file. The minutes are a draft for your secretary to review and approve. They are not legal advice.
